Note:  The number of posts may be increased or decreased by the Government at any time before the selection process is complete without giving any prior notice to the candidates. The company (Reservation of posts for women) Rules 2020 issued by the Department of Social Security and Women & Child Development that provides for 33% reservation for women is attached as Annexure-I with General Information for candidates.

APSC Junior Administrative Recruitment Age Limit :  21-40years  as on 01/01/2022

Note:  Maximum Age Limit is Relaxed by 5years for SC/ST,  3years for OBCNC,  10years for PWBD(UR), 13years  for  PWBD(OBCNC)  & 15years  for  PWBD(SC/ST).

Additional 3 (three) years in respect of National and International sports person who have represented India/ National Team of the state of Assam at the National or International level in the discipline recognized by International Olympic Committee & Indian Olympic Association. This will be over and above the relaxation age as per Govt. existing policy.

Job Location : Guwahati.

Eligibility Criteria APSC Junior Administrative Recruitment 2022 :

• The Candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with  minimum 50% from a  UGC certified University.
• The candidate must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute. He/She must have proficiency in Basic Computer Applications like MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), Internet etc.
• The candidate applying for the post of Jr. A.A. must have registration in Employment Exchange of Assam/Voter’s ID/PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose as a proof of residency.

APSC Pay Scale : Pay Band 2, Rs.14,000 to Rs.60,500/- + Grade pay of Rs.8700/- +Other Allowances as applicable.

Selection Process APSC Junior Administrative Recruitment : The selection procedure will be notified later on followed by issuing corrigendum/addendum, if required. The commission will decide the provision for selection in respect of any post/posts or service/services considering the status, cadre and grade or the number of applications received for the advertised post/posts or service/services. The Commission will also decide to conduct examination/test etc.  zone wise, depending upon the numbers of candidates against the districts .
